- No delivery charge for Dhaka city. Standard delivery charge will be applied for outside Dhaka.

- The receiver must check quality, quantity, and packing condition at the time of delivery.

- Any shortage, damage, or mismatch must be reported immediately on the delivery challan; otherwise, no claim will be accepted later.

- Leather is a natural product; minor variations in color, texture, or grain are considered acceptable.

- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

- Payment terms are as per agreed contract or purchase order.
